Fiscal Sponsorship

We help raise funds for creative projects

Young Arts Patrons supports the creative innovation, and believes in removing obstacles through our new program: fiscal sponsorship. Many independent artists and small companies lack the 501(c)(3) tax status that makes them eligible to apply for grants and incentivizes individual gifts. What’s more, when an artist launches a nonprofit, there’s little time for making art. The day-to-day business of administering a tax-exempt organization leaves scant room for anything else.We believe that just like a tech incubator, fiscal sponsorship can serve as a catalyst for the creative sectors.Through fiscal sponsorship, we are able to offer our legal status to qualified projects and emerging organizations that align with our mission and may benefits form tax-exempt status and administrative support.

Do you have a creative endeavor that you’re hoping to get off the ground? Fiscal sponsorship may be the perfect spark to ignite your new venture. Learn more about fiscal sponsorship (FAQ) and submit your project.

All donations made to these projects through the Young Arts Patrons Fiscal Sponsorship program are completely tax-deductible. You can support any of these projects by making your donation here.
